Bolt Action: M18 Hellcat Tank Destroyer

The Bolt Action M18 Hellcat is a Warlord Games plastic kit of the fastest American tank destroyer of the Second World War.

The Hellcat bought its prodigious speed by keeping its armor to no more than an inch thick, and its crews used that speed to avoid being hit and to outflank heavily armored German tanks. It first served in Italy but made its name in North West Europe, dominating German armor, Panthers included, at Arracourt and then playing a key role in the Battle of the Bulge. It also saw action in the Pacific in US and Chinese Nationalist service, mostly in fire support.

In Bolt Action the Hellcat is an armored car (damage value 7+) with a heavy anti tank gun, the option of a pintle mounted HMG, and the Fast and Recce special rules, and it can join armored platoons. It can also be used in Achtung Panzer, Warlord's game of close quarters tank combat. The box includes a full color construction and paint guide.
