Shipping Policy

Chapmen Games ships from the United States. We process and ship orders Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. We offer standard and expedited options through USPS and UPS.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • US Standard: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • US Expedited: 1–3 business days after shipment
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs

International Orders

We ship to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. These are not included in our shipping charges and are collected by the carrier or local postal service on delivery.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If a package is lost in transit (not delivered), contact us and we'll work with the carrier to investigate and either replace or refund.
