Shipping Policy
Chapmen Games ships from Philadelphia, PA, USA. We process and ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Order Processing
In-stock orders ship the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship on the next business day after that.
US Shipping Rates
Rates are based on your order total before tax:
- $0 to $14.99: $8.95
- $15 to $24.99: $10.95
- $25 to $49.99: $12.95
- $50 to $74.99: $14.95
- $75 and over: free
Estimated Delivery Times
- US Standard: 3 to 7 business days after shipment
- International: 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination and customs
Backorder and Made to Order Items
Backorder items ship as soon as they arrive from our distributor. Made to order (M.T.O.) items are produced by the manufacturer when you order them and take approximately 6 to 10 weeks. If your order also contains in-stock items, the whole order ships together once everything is on hand.
International Orders
We ship to most countries. International shipping is quoted live by the carrier at checkout, based on the weight of your order and where it is going, and includes a small handling charge. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping charges and are collected by the carrier or local postal service on delivery.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If a package is lost in transit (not delivered), contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and either replace or refund.
