Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chapmen Games purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unopened, unused items in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at info@chapmengames.com with your order number.
What Is Eligible
- Unopened miniatures, paint sets and hobby supplies in original retail packaging
- Rulebooks and printed materials in resaleable condition
- Items damaged in shipping (photos required)
What Is Not Eligible
- Opened paint, putty or any consumable hobby product
- Assembled, painted or otherwise altered miniatures
- Custom painted commission work
- Gift cards and digital products
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend a tracked shipping method; we cannot refund items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will get an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, your choice.
