We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chapmen Games purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unopened, unused items in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at info@chapmengames.com with your order number.
What's Eligible
- Unopened miniatures, paint sets, and hobby supplies in original retail packaging
- Rulebooks and printed materials in resaleable condition
- Damaged-in-shipping items (photos required)
What's Not Eligible
- Opened paint, putty, or any consumable hobby product
- Assembled, painted, or otherwise altered miniatures
- Custom-painted commission work
- Gift cards and digital products
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we can't issue refunds for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.
