Model Air is Vallejo's range of water based, matt acrylic colors formulated for airbrushing, launched in 1986 as the first acrylic range designed for the airbrush. It holds a very complete selection of the military colors used in recent history, from WWI and WWII to the present, each based on research into existing and previous military references for historical accuracy.

Use Model Air straight from the bottle or thinned with Vallejo Airbrush Thinner or Flow Improver. Prime the surface first, then apply several layers. The colors dry very rapidly and form a homogenous paint film of extraordinary resistance that preserves even the smallest detail. Vallejo recommends 15 to 20 PSI (0.5 to 1 kg) at the compressor and Vallejo Airbrush Cleaner for maintenance. Model Air can also be applied with a brush, and the eyedropper bottle stops the paint drying out so it keeps for a long time.

Safety: Always follow the information on the product label. Contains 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one, reaction mass of 5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (3:1). May produce an allergic reaction.
