The Black Madonna is a full campaign for KULT: Divinity Lost, a legendary KULT story previously unreleased outside Sweden and France.
On New Year's Eve 1941, every candle in the churches of Leningrad goes out, the saints' faces turn black, and twenty priests are found dead by their own hands. A silent girl is found in a sealed basement, and an old icon painter begins a new icon of a Black Madonna.
The campaign runs across six episodes connected to the Death Angel Chagidiel, the Archon Binah and their servants. It opens in 1991 in a recently reunified Germany and leads the player characters into a Soviet Union on the brink of collapse, to uncover what really happened in Leningrad during World War 2. Along the way they are taken into a world of dark dreams and down into the depths of Inferno. This edition is written for KULT: Divinity Lost, with a completely new chapter describing the world of 1991 and new rules for creating characters tied to the setting and story.
