The Bolt Action M8/M20 Greyhound is a Warlord Games 1/56 scale plastic kit that builds either the M8 armored car or the M20 scout car.
The M8 Greyhound was a popular and successful six wheeled armored car that served the American and British armies throughout the war. Its crew of four manned a 37mm gun and a coaxial .30 cal, and more aggressive crews added a .50 cal on the roof for anti aircraft work and local defense. It fought in Italy, North West Europe and the Pacific, where the 37mm made it an effective tank destroyer, the role it was first designed for. The M20 swapped the turret for a fixed, open fighting compartment and served mainly as a command vehicle with extra radio capability.
In Bolt Action both are armored cars (damage value 7+) for armored platoons, with the Recce special rule. The M8 carries a light anti tank gun, a coaxial MMG and an optional HMG; the M20 carries an HMG. The vehicle can also be used in Achtung Panzer.
