Bolt Action: British Airborne WWII Allied Paratroopers (Plastic)

Bolt Action British Airborne is a Warlord Games plastic box of 30 British or Polish paratroopers, the Red Devils of the Second World War.

Few divisions in the British Army earned such a valorous reputation so quickly. The Germans called them the Red Devils for their maroon berets and dogged fighting, and the British airborne grew into a force to be reckoned with, delivered by Dakota, by Horsa glider or used as front line shock troops. Lightly armed as they were, the Paras could dish it out and would close to hand to hand fighting if they had to.

The box holds a host of options for weapon configurations and command models: Lee Enfield rifles, Mk V Sten guns, the Bren light machine gun, a scoped Lee Enfield, the PIAT, Webley pistols and Mills bombs. It also builds Polish airborne troops, whose larger grey berets set them apart. Use them to refight the Merville battery, Pegasus Bridge, Operation Market Garden, or the Rhine crossing in Operation Varsity.
