AK Interactive: White Poplar Autumn Tree 1/72 [Sale Ends When Item Is Out of Stock]

A handmade autumn white poplar tree from AK Interactive, for dioramas in H0, 1/72 and 1/48.

A tree is often the tallest thing in a small scale scene, which makes it the element the eye goes to first, and a toy looking tree undoes careful work on every vehicle and figure around it. AK builds its ready made trees by hand and describes them as meticulously crafted and very realistic. Because each is made individually, there are minor differences from one tree to the next, which is exactly what a row of trees along a road should look like.

This is a white poplar in autumn color, standing about 19 to 20cm tall on a small base so it can be planted straight into a diorama. White poplars line roads, rivers and field edges across Europe, which makes them a natural choice for a late year roadside or village scene.
