AK Interactive Weathering Plaster Base adds volume to mud and soil mixtures, for modelers building a diorama or splashing thick earth onto a vehicle.
On its own, a mud or earth effect can look thin. Mix this plaster into any of AK's Nature Effects mud, earth, dust and soil products and the mixture gains body, so it sits in thick, textured clumps. The combinations are endless: blend different earths for varied tones and adjust the consistency as you go. If the mixture is too thick, dilute it with white spirit; if it is too thin, add more plaster.
Paint the mixture straight onto a diorama, or load a paint brush with it and blow short bursts of air from your airbrush at the bristles to recreate splatters on wheels, tracks and lower hulls.
