AK Interactive: Wash For Wood (35ml)

AK Interactive Wash For Wood is an enamel wash that brings life to the wooden accessories on vehicle models and dioramas.

Tool handles, crates, ammunition boxes and planking all benefit from a wash that deepens the wood rather than just darkening it. This wash is designed to go over light wood colors, and it can also be used over darker wood tones to add depth and enhance the look of the timber.

Shake the bottle and apply with a large brush so the wash runs into grain lines, joints and recesses, picking out details and creating shadows. The excess is easy to remove with a clean brush and White Spirit, leaving the color only where it has settled.
