AK Interactive Square Hollow Tube 5.00 x 350mm is a pack of three white opaque polystyrene square tubes for box section beams, frames and scratch built structures.
Each tube is 5.00mm square and 350mm long (0.196 x 13.78 in) with a 0.7mm wall. The flat faces give you a full surface to glue against, so the tube lines up cleanly on walls, floors and chassis, and the hollow core keeps a cut end looking like fabricated steel. Use it for girders, gantries, frames, ducting and industrial scenery.
Cut the tube with a razor saw or a sharp hobby knife, clean up the end with a file or sanding stick, and join it to other styrene or plastic kit parts with plastic cement, which softens both surfaces and welds them into one piece. Prime before painting.
