AK Interactive: Regular Camouflage Net Type 1 Personalized White
$15.99
AK Interactive Custom White Camouflage Net Type 1 is a 16 x 23 cm sheet of special cloth that recreates modern camouflage netting on 1/35 vehicles.
Modern armor rarely goes into the field bare: crews drape mimetic netting over hulls, turrets and cargo to break up the outline. This net lets you model that in 1/35 scale with a special cloth that drapes and folds like the real thing, rather than a molded part.
The white cloth is a blank starting point: decorate it with acrylics or enamels in whatever colors the vehicle and the setting call for. Cut it to size, then lay it over the model and let it sag into the recesses so it follows the shape underneath. The finish you choose should suit the situation and environment of the model.
