AK Interactive: Quick Gen - Quick Starter (1 Brush)
$38.99
AK Interactive's Quick Gen Quick Starter Set, everything a beginner needs to paint a first miniature with the contrast technique.
Quick Gen is AK's speed painting range. Each bottle is formulated on a next generation resin so that a single coat does the work of several: brushed over a white primed miniature, the paint flows into the recesses to shade them and thins over the raised areas to leave them lighter, so one layer gives a base color with its own shading. That makes it the most forgiving way into the hobby, and this set is built for exactly that. It holds eight colors chosen to cover a first figure, a medium, and a brush.
Prime in white before you start: AK recommends it to get the most from the paint. The set also includes an 18ml bottle of Quick Gen Medium.
