AK Interactive: Quick Gen - Quick Paint Set 72 Colors (2 Brushes)
$300.99
AK Interactive's Quick Gen Quick Paint Set: 72 contrast paints covering the whole generic and metallic Quick Gen range.
Quick Gen is AK's speed painting range, built around the contrast technique. Each bottle is formulated on a next generation resin so that a single coat does the work of several: brushed over a white primed miniature, the paint pools in the recesses to shade them and thins over the raised areas to leave them lighter, giving a base color and its shading in one pass. Across a whole army that changes how long a project takes.
This set holds the entire Quick Gen range of generic and metallic colors, 72 paints in all, leaving out only the military colors. It is meant for the painter who wants an advanced palette on hand rather than buying colors one at a time. Two bottles of Quick Gen Medium and a flat and a round synthetic brush complete it. AK recommends priming in white to get the most from the paint.
