AK Interactive Medium Rust Deposit is an enamel texture product that recreates a medium toned, crusted rust build up on vehicle surfaces and accessories.
Brush it onto the areas where rust would gather, such as edges, recesses and around fittings, and let it dry. Once dry it takes on a flaky appearance with a build up of rust similar to real crust, a textured finish that flat paint alone cannot reproduce. The result is extremely authentic up close.
Medium Rust Deposit is one of three shades, alongside Light Rust Deposit (AK4111) and Dark Rust Deposit (AK4113), and all three come together in the Crusted Rust Deposits set (AK4110). Different shades can be combined on the same area for more realism, building depth by layering one tone of crust over another.
