AK Interactive: Kerosene Leaks & Stains
$5.99
AK Interactive Kerosene Leaks and Stains is an enamel mixture made to reproduce spilled kerosene on modern and classic aircraft models.
Fuel stains have their own look, and this product is made for kerosene spills only, with great realism and the correct tone. It is not a product for oil and grease effects: pair it with a dedicated oil or grease product when a model needs both. Apply it around fuel caps, panels and underside areas where fuel would spill and run, then blend the edges.
Being enamel, it can be blended with the rest of the AK enamel colors and it is diluted with White Spirit, so you can soften a stain into a faint mark or keep it fresh and defined. It is also included in the Aircraft Engine Weathering Set (AK2000).
