The AK Interactive Decay & Abandoned Weathering Set is for modelers who want a model to look left behind, slowly taken over by damp, grime and moss.
The set pairs two of AK's special deposit products, Decay Deposit and Moss Deposit, both made with AK's enamel formula, with Faded Green Pigment for ultra realistic dry effects. Together they imitate the stains, growth and discoloration that build up on anything exposed to the weather and forgotten.
Brush the deposits where water would collect and linger: lower surfaces, recesses, horizontal panels and around fittings. As enamel products they stay workable for a while, so you can soften and blend the edges with a brush lightly moistened with thinner. Once dry, dust Faded Green Pigment over selected areas to vary the tone and add a chalky, aged finish.
