AK Interactive ABS Sheet 2mm is a single plain opaque white ABS sheet, 245 x 195mm, for modelers building structures, bases, conversions and scratch built parts.
The sheet is 2mm thick and 245 x 195mm, or 0.080 x 9.64 x 7.68 in, supplied as 1 unit per bag. At 2mm it gives a thick, rigid panel for load bearing walls, floors, chassis plates, bulkheads and base plates that must not flex.
Mark out your parts in pencil on the white surface, score along a steel rule with a sharp blade in several passes, then bend along the line to snap it clean, or cut it with a razor saw. Dress edges with files and sanding sticks. Join parts with a cement suited to ABS or with CA glue, then prime and paint as you would any plastic model.
