AK Interactive: 3G Air - WWII USAAF Aircraft Colors Vol.2 SET
AK Interactive WWII USAAF Aircraft Colors Vol.2 is a five-bottle set for painting most US Army Air Force aircraft from late 1943 to the end of World War II and shortly after.
This is a mixed set: two 3rd Generation acrylic paints and three Xtreme Metal paints, which are not acrylic. The two olive drab shades are for anti-glare panels, and the three aluminum shades let you show the difference between panels made from different metal sheets and aluminum-painted, fabric-covered control surfaces.
AK recommends thinning the acrylics with an acrylic thinner such as AK11500 or AK712, and the Xtreme Metal paints only with AK470 Xtreme Thinner & Cleaner, never with acrylic thinners. Typical subjects include the P-38, P-47, P-51, B-17G, B-24, B-25 and B-26.
