AK Interactive: 1/35 FJ43 Pickup with SPG-9 Recoilless Gun Plastic Model Kit
$58.99
The FJ43 Pickup with SPG-9 Recoilless Gun from AK Interactive is a 1/35 plastic model kit of an armed 4x4 technical, for modern conflict and diorama builders.
The FJ43 belongs to the J40 series of 4x4 vehicles made from 1960, a best seller known for sturdiness, economy and reliability, and so common in conflicts that it gave rise to the term Toyota Wars. The FJ43 is the medium wheelbase, petrol engine version, and many were field-modified to carry weapons.
Reference AK35003 builds one of these technicals straight from the box, with the Soviet SPG-9 recoilless gun, in use since 1962, on a vehicle mount with spare projectiles. An optional front bumper with winch and rear seats that fold up or down add variety.
