1944 German Armour in Normandy is an AK Interactive camouflage profile guide to the German armored vehicles that fought after D Day, for modelers and armor enthusiasts.
This lavishly illustrated title in AK Interactive's Profile Guide series follows the German armored vehicles that saw combat in Normandy after the Allied invasion of June 6, 1944.
The many different camouflage patterns of the campaign are shown across 190 color profiles. Informative captions explain the colors and markings used by the various units that fought the Allies through the summer of 1944, along with their organization and equipment. For a modeler, each profile is a ready painting guide: pick a vehicle, match its pattern and markings, and read the caption for the unit context behind it.
