Army Painter: Air Fairy Dust

Warpaints Air Metallics: Fairy Dust is a metallic airbrush paint from The Army Painter, for painters who airbrush wargaming miniatures without mixing or thinning.

Every Warpaints Air color is pre-mixed and airbrush-ready right out of the bottle, so there is no thinning step: shake for 30 seconds, check the consistency, load the cup and spray. The Army Painter makes the range from ultra-filtered, vibrant pigment in a water-based acrylic formula.

Two steel mixing balls sit in the bottle, so shaking brings separated paint back together. Fairy Dust belongs to the Warpaints Air Metallics line and is developed in the Colour Triad System, which pairs each Warpaints Acrylics color with a Base and Highlight color for quicker highlighting and zenithal shading. It also goes on with a brush, needing an extra coat or two to cover.
