AK Interactive Muddy Ground is an acrylic ground texture from the Wargame Terrains range, made for basing miniatures on churned, muddy terrain.
Both the tone and the surface of this texture mimic muddy ground. To reinforce the wet effect, apply varnish to some areas once it is dry, so patches of the mud look freshly waterlogged next to the duller ground.
Like the rest of the Wargame Terrains range, it is a high quality acrylic formulated to recreate textured ground quickly and easily for setting miniatures. It works in thin or thick applications, and AK recommends 6 hours of drying time, depending on how much you apply and the ambient temperature. Once dry it is fully compatible with pigments, inks, grasses and other basing products.
