AK Interactive Styrene Strip 0.30 x 3.00 x 350mm is a pack of ten opaque white polystyrene strips for scratch building, conversions and detailing on models, bases and terrain.
Each strip measures 0.30 x 3.00 x 350mm (0.012 x 0.118 x 13.78 in), long enough to cut many parts from a single length. At this width it suits trim bands, reinforcing straps, frames around doors and hatches, and planking.
Polystyrene cuts cleanly with a sharp hobby knife or razor saw, sands and files smoothly, and bonds with ordinary plastic cement, so the strips join to styrene kit parts and sheet the same way kit parts join to each other. Prime before painting, as with any bare plastic.
