AK Interactive: Rust Effect Set
$13.99
The AK Interactive Rust Effect Set lets you recreate highly realistic, true to scale rust on models and miniatures through a real oxidation reaction.
First brush the special acrylic paint (AK11266) onto the part where you want rust. Once it is dry, apply the Oxidizing Agent (AK11268) over the paint, then let it sit: the rust develops over time through a natural reaction with the air.
For more subtle results, dilute the Oxidizing Agent with water. You can complete the effect with pigments, acrylic paints, enamel effects or other products for greater chromatic richness. The set is suitable for modeling and crafts.
