The AK Interactive Cutter is a precision hobby knife supplied with 20 replacement blades, for modelers who need clean cuts when preparing and converting kits.
The metal handle carries a non slip grip surface and is lacquered black with the AK logo. It is comfortable, lightweight and easy to control, so you can shave away mold lines, trim sprue gates flush and score plastic card with a steady hand. The grip surface measures 36mm.
AK describes the blades as extremely sharp and durable, and having 20 replacements means you can switch to a fresh edge as soon as one starts to drag instead of forcing a dull blade through a part. A safety hood covers the blade between cuts to protect the edge and help prevent accidents on the workbench. Extra blades are also sold as the AK Interactive Cutter 20 Spare Blades (AK9011B).
