AK Interactive: Basic Weathering Set
$17.99
The AK Interactive Basic Weathering Set is an essential starter trio for reproducing basic weathering effects in every branch of modeling.
AK describes this set as being as basic as red, black or white paint, and it covers the steps you will use on nearly every model. Worn Effects Acrylic Fluid is a chipping liquid: apply it over the base coat, paint the top color, then work the surface with water and a brush to lift the top coat and reveal realistic chips. Neutral Dark Grey Wash is a neutral wash that suits many colors, settling into panel lines and around details to add depth and shadow.
The third bottle is AK's Odorless Thinner, a high quality thinner without the smell of conventional solvents, so the set is ready to use straight away.
