AK Interactive: 3G Acrylic German Field Grey (17ml)
$4.99
German Field Grey, the classic German uniform color from the Standard range of AK Interactive's 3rd Generation acrylics.
Field gray is one of the most painted uniform colors in historical modeling, worn by German soldiers through both World Wars and famous for never being quite the same twice. The cloth varied between green grays and flatter grays with the dye, the maker and the year, so a single bottle gives a dependable starting point, and shading and highlighting from it produces a uniform that reads as field gray at a glance. It is equally at home on helmets, equipment and painted details.
The Standard label, marked with an orange dot, is AK's general purpose range of colors for any kind of modeler. The label carries the color name and reference code at the top so the bottle is easy to find on a crowded shelf, and the 3rd Generation formula is made for brush or airbrush work.
